The Data &amp; Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing relationships with TP ICAP Group Procurement and ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies.</li><li>Support in negotiating and monitoring key commercial, contractual, and performance stipulations in the MDSA and LTSA agreements between Parameta Solutions and TP ICAP Group Functions.</li><li>Aid in the execution of sourcing new contracts, renewals, and/or renegotiations with in-scope suppliers.</li><li>Conduct benchmarking of new and existing services to ensure commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose.</li><li>Maintain stakeholder relationships with Parameta business stakeholders to capture strategic business requirements and improve overall business solutions.</li><li>Support in managing the sourcing pipeline for future procurement activities of Parameta Solutions service needs.</li><li>Participate in consultations with TP ICAP Group Procurement during contract negotiations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Third Party Risk Management requirements for Parameta Solutions direct suppliers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements regarding Vendor Management (i.e., TPRM, DORA, CSRD, etc.).</li><li>Assist in executing governance of Parameta Solutions supplier relationships, including MDSA and LTSA agreements with TP ICAP Group.</li><li>Support in dispute resolution discussions with suppliers alongside TP ICAP Group Procurement.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other Corporate Support Functions to effectively manage Parameta Solutions vendor relationships.</li><li>Support in evaluating and executing strategic procurement programs and transfer core principles to the overall direction of procurement strategy for Parameta Solutions.</li><li>Participate in Group-wide procurement transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs impacting Parameta Solutions.</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with Intra Group Service Agreements and associated governance requirements.</li><li>Proven commercial management experience in supplier relationship management, category management, or business development.</li><li>Procurement experience within the Technology Industry sector is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Third Party Risk Management principles and processes.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High organizational skills with a proactive approach.</li><li>Knowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Professional / 4</li></ul>#PARAMETA #LI-MID #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
