About the Role:
Our Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Inventory) is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or production shops; as well as all duties necessary for the successful fulfillment of our customer’s orders and warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate works independently or in a team to provide receiving, warehousing, and inventory services. The Warehouse Associate will be a cross-functional team member with the ability to work in all areas of the warehouse.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stocking, organizing, counting and distributing product throughout the warehouse
  • Move pallets to designated areas, working with forklift operators to facilitate efficient storage of the product.
  • Report any potential safety hazards or repair needs to supervisor or management
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • Perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products
  • Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed
  • Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and label orders
  • Please note, duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be supplemented at any time at your Manager’s discretion.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic produce knowledge
  • Ability to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the warehouse environment 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for the full shift 
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment (34°F)
  • Packing or assembly line experience
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Produce-handling experience
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Bonus points: Food safety certification or forklift certification

Details of Position

  • $19 an hour, plus potential for overtime
  • Sign-on bonus (ask for details)
  • Quarterly bonus- up to $500
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with company match
  • Paid vacation/sick time, Parental leave, and 8 paid holidays
  • $1,300 a year in free groceries
  • Shifts: 
  • 3 AM to 11:30 AM Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday
  • 1 PM to 9:30 PM Sunday to Thursday
  • 6:30 AM to 3 PM Tuesday to Saturday
