ERM seeks a motivated Consultant, Sustainable Products and Circularity, to join our growing Sustainable Products and Supply Chain technical team in Texas. In this role, you will manage and contribute technically to challenging product compliance, life cycle assessments, and circularity projects and programs for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. The successful candidate will also network with ERM's global Sustainable Products and Supply Chain teams to share consulting opportunities, business relationships, and the application of best practices to address client needs.

ERM is structured to encourage collaboration and networking among regional offices, providing opportunities to collaborate with ERM’s global product sustainability team to share expertise and consulting opportunities. Our many leaders proactively work together to build strategies and campaigns around key business drivers for our clients, with the primary focus of finding and delivering high-profile rewarding projects and building our business, whether it be for designing corporate circularity strategy, implementing extended producer responsibility programs, reviewing and interpreting the latest product sustainability compliance requirements, or helping clients implement innovative, sustainable changes resulting from detailed life cycle assessments.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in product sustainability requirements and trends for the Chemical, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, and/or Technology sectors. Prior consulting experience, as well as task or project management experience is required, as this position will be working directly with our project teams to manage clients and project delivery teams.
