The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive enrollment in our utilities’ thermostat programs by managing partnerships with ecommerce vendors, collaborating with utilities on marketing campaigns, and coordinating promotion opportunities with device manufacturers. This is an outstanding opportunity to apply marketing and partner management skill sets while contributing to an energy-focused enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, marketing partners, and internal teams to launch and run B2C marketing campaigns in both digital and traditional channels
  • Manage partnerships and technology integrations with ecommerce partners
  • Partner with OEMs to coordinate device promotions and drive smart thermostat adoption in our clients’ service areas
  • Conceptualize campaign messaging and user experience flows, while collaborating with creative stakeholders to develop marketing collateral
  • Present program marketing plans to utility clients and provide updates on campaign performance
  • Identify and test new marketing channels with an eye towards maximizing ROI
  • Use data and analytics tools to define target audiences and optimize campaign performance

Skills/Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience and a BA/BS
  • Collaborative team player and problem solver that can find mutually beneficial solutions to complex problems
  • Functional knowledge of both paid and owned marketing channels (e.g.: Facebook, programmatic, email)
  • Data-driven mindset with an affinity for Excel and Google Analytics
