This role is to lead this team, including the management of the engineering staff, general system architecture ownership, and strategic planning for the system.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Lead the team responsible for developing embedded pose and sensors group</li><li>Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure development meets downstream needs</li><li>Manage system architecture to ensure the sustainable growth and stability of the system</li><li>Develop a productive team culture and best practices to ensure stable and testable software development</li></ul><h3>Qualification</h3><ul><li>Experience with state estimation systems, ideally in the field of robotics or motion control</li><li>Experience with technical leadership, team lead, or small team management</li><li>Experience with cross-team requirements gathering and planning</li><li>Embedded systems development on resource-constrained devices ranging from MCUs to MPUs</li><li> C++ experience in a safety-critical environment </li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Linux kernel.
