This is a SaaS technology platform that aims to revolutionise the operating platforms for energy retailers globally. This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza’s customers. What will I be doing?<ul><li>You will look after up to 2 teams of engineers, up to 10 direct reports. Engineering Managers contribute to both the technical and product vision of their teams, making sure that their products are successful.</li><li>You’ll nurture the engineering talent in your teams, encouraging personal development, managing performance and ensuring everyone is aligned with product delivery objectives.</li><li>You’re unlikely to be particularly hands-on with the code, but will have enough technical experience to be able to contribute to and guide technical discussions, bringing the big picture context.</li><li>You’ll work closely with the product managers of your teams to provide guidance to your teams to ensure the products they’re building are appropriately observable, reliable and scalable.</li><li>You’ll work closely with engineers in your team and staff engineers to contribute to and drive the technical roadmap for your area.
