Monitor the outputs of your processes, proactively correcting discrepancies to ensure data reliability and accuracy.</li><li>Incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities into workflows to automate processes and boost productivity, ensuring smarter and faster decision-making across the organization.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>A problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working across teams to build impactful solutions.</li><li>A self-driven learner, comfortable working independently in a complex technological environment.</li><li>Technologically curious, capable of identifying needs, designing POCs, and implementing scalable solutions.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, corporate engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python. Java or other backend languages are a plus.</li><li>Expertise in designing and managing scalable data pipelines and system integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases, ETL processes, and data transformation tools (DBT, Airflow, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience applying AI or machine learning techniques to automate workflows or optimize business operations is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, or financial systems is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
