You will be joining a growing team of like-minded people that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions.As a PM/SPM, you will be expected to lead a team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects. This role involves providing Engineering Construction Contract (ECC) project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle from Scope development &amp; construction tender support through to construction phase contract administration and close out.Here’s what you’ll do<ul><li>Lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams.</li><li>Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.</li><li>Ensure commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.</li><li>Support and manage the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements</li><li>Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for quality, cost, and time</li><li>Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team</li><li>Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients. Be the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing)</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Experience of working in the Built Environment and demonstrated experience of all aspects of Infrastructure Project Management</li><li>Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative team</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Highly motivated with a growing industry network</li><li>Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts.</li><li>Able to work under own initiative where appropriate working closely with the Senior Project Managers and Associates in the delivery of some of our projects.</li><li>A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible</li><li>Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise current digital tools.</li><li>Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors with an ability to be agile and adaptable to differing client requirements</li><li>Practicioner of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC)</li><li>Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks and programme</li><li>Infrastructure and project management experience</li><li>Willing to challenge in a positive and engaging manner</li></ul>If you're passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
