They will lead critical strategic planning and analysis of growth levers for IPEX. They will partner with senior leadership to build and execute strong and competitive growth and change plans. They will be involved in collaborating across the organization to create awareness of opportunities and lead the evolution of business case and efficiency development. This individual will need to be an expert in strategic thinking, direction setting, and complex problem solving to enable the growth agenda for the organization. They will advise senior executives as a trusted thought leader and collaborate across business units and functions to drive strategy to action. They will oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and will need to operate at both a detailed, analytical level and a broad, strategic level. Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and execute strategy projects that are cross-functional in scope, with minimal oversight</li><li>Manage, develop, and mentor direct and indirect reports</li><li>Leading complex problem solving; analyze and synthesize large sets of data from multiple sources, formulate/ validate hypotheses and make business recommendations</li><li>Develop executive-level presentations (North American leadership, Executive Committee updates, external speaking engagements, etc.)</li><li>Be recognized as an established leader and consultative partner amongst senior leaders</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support the development and implementation of IPEX’s long-term strategy</li><li>Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting the execution of growth strategies in alignment with company priorities.</li><li>Manage workstreams for high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables are met.</li><li>Liaise with peers to develop and maintain KPIs and performance tracking tools to monitor progress on key initiatives and inform leadership decision-making.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment of strategic initiatives across departments.</li><li>Assist in integrating new capabilities into core business processes, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Share best practices and analytical techniques to strengthen the team’s strategic and operational capabilities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in a business-related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or from a highly regarded university is a plus.</li><li>Candidates should have at least 6+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations. Experience in manufacturing or high-growth companies is also a plus.</li><li>Experience with Organizational Change Management projects </li><li>Experience in leading enterprise level or large-scale projects or programs involving multiple business teams.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment would be an asset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives and must be able to switch from one project to another seamlessly.</li><li>Ability to influence positively in high profile projects.</li><li>High level of energy, drive, passion, motivation, enthusiasm and flexibility in driving initiatives and projects forward in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Skilled at collaborating across teams and stakeholders in the development of a comprehensive project plan that defines critical program factors such as program objectives and goals, program resources and org chart, budget, success criteria, program management and execution approach, communication planning, issue/risk/escalation planning.</li><li>Knowledge of budgeting process with a strong understanding of project costs, tracking actuals, projecting forecasts, reporting, and talking through project financials.</li><li>Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>Proven ability to think critically and strategically, breaking down complex problems, analyzing them, and developing innovative, actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Proficiency in building financial models, conducting scenario analysis, and developing data-driven business cases.</li><li>Strong skills in conducting market research and industry analysis to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Previous experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations (Excel, Power BI, etc.).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations for senior leaders.
