In this hands-on role, you will deliver high-quality field service operations—including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and modernization of industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites. You will play a vital part in ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and the long-term reliability of our installed systems.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites, following product manuals and technical documentation.</li><li>Demonstrate deep expertise in spare part identification and selection, supporting customers with accurate parts lists to ensure operational continuity.</li><li>Guide and train customer personnel to ensure system performance, efficiency, and safety.</li><li>Take preventive measures and provide proactive technical recommendations to minimize unplanned downtimes and production losses.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Prepare detailed service reports and document technical findings in line with internal standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Service Planner and Service Sales Team to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to GEA’s safety, quality, and compliance standards during all on-site activities.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration is mandatory.</li><li>Experience working with Ammonia and CO₂ systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of manuals and technical documentation.</li><li>Competent in troubleshooting medium-level controls issues (PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo components).</li><li>Excellent customer communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.</li><li>Proficient in English and Turkish.</li><li>Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessments for industrial environments.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within Turkey and abroad (CIS/STAN countries)</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Be part of a global leader in industrial refrigeration technology.</li><li>Work in a supportive, safety-focused, and innovative environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Make a real impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
