Your mission At IONITY, we’re building and operating our own cutting-edge e-Mobility backend system. As an IT Product Owner, you’ll take responsibility for a defined functional domain within this platform. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners from other domains, you’ll help shape the product roadmap and turn vision into reality.    <ul><li>Own the product lifecycle of specific backend domains and lead their continuous evolution</li><li>Translate product features into actionable, well-defined user stories ready for agile development</li><li>Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable delivery</li><li>Define sprint goals, write clear acceptance criteria and test cases</li><li>Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across domains and seamless system integration</li><li>Lead and actively participate in all agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, reviews, retrospectives)</li><li>Monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and support incident handling during releases</li><li>Gather and refine requirements from internal stakeholders, balancing technical and business needs</li><li>Coordinate development activities with external partners and service providers when required</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field</li><li>1–3 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner or IT Project Manager</li><li>Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with hybrid approaches (Agile/Waterfall)</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English - German is a plus </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams with empathy and clarity</li><li>Curious and self-driven personality with a willingness to quickly learn new topics</li><li>Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Genuine passion for e-Mobility and the future of sustainable transportation</li></ul> Our Mission There should be no borders when it comes to electric travel.
