If this opportunity aligns with your expertise, we would be delighted to have you join our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!    You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, and preparing integrated annual and quarterly reports</li><li>Managing the external audit processes for the Group and its subsidiaries throughout the year, acting as the main point of contact with external auditors</li><li>Being a key liaison on all material accounting matters and IFRS standards for the Group and staying updated on key developments in the external reporting landscape</li><li>Leading the work on key judgments and estimates for the Group, including impairment testing, business combinations, derivatives accounting</li><li>Driving the development and maintenance of an effective financial controls framework</li><li>Ensuring appropriate controls are designed, implemented, and operated throughout reporting cycles to mitigate and manage risk effectively</li><li>Leading the preparation of internal monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations for senior leadership</li><li>Driving the EU taxonomy and CSRD reporting process (including limited assurance by external auditor)</li><li>Managing a professional team, encouraging results-oriented performance and professional growth</li><li>Partnering with accounting, FP&amp;A, risk, investor relations, and other finance teams</li></ul>
