Key Responsibilities:Development and Implementation:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions tailored to meet the company’s financial processing needs.</li><li>Configure and customize SAP FI modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.</li><li>Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.</li></ul>Integration and Data Management:<ul><li>Integrate SAP FI solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CO, MM, SD) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and financial reconciliation.</li><li>Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support financial reporting and analysis.</li></ul>Customization and Enhancement:<ul><li>Customize and enhance the SAP FI system to automate financial processes, improve data accuracy, and streamline operations.</li><li>Implement and support SAP FI enhancements, including user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP scripts.</li></ul>Performance Optimization:<ul><li>Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP FI solutions to ensure efficient financial data processing and reporting.</li><li>Identify and resolve performance issues or bottlenecks within the financial accounting environment.</li></ul>Support and Maintenance:<ul><li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP FI system, resolving any issues and ensuring data integrity and reliability.</li><li>Perform periodic system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system performance and compliance.</li></ul>Documentation and Testing:<ul><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development activities, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user guides.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an SAP Financial Accounting Developer.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules, configuration, and customization.</li><li>Experience in integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party systems.</li></ul> Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in SAP FI configuration and customization, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP financial processes and data structures.</li><li>Experience with ABAP programming, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP scripts.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.</li></ul> Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.  </li></ul>
