Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy. Position Specific DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP Sourcing &amp; Procurement Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Sourcing &amp; Procurement modules to meet our organization's needs. The role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional design documents.</li><li>Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support system integration testing (SIT).</li><li>Provide expertise in SAP procurement processes including procurement of services, materials management, supplier relationship management, and sourcing.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and process improvements.</li><li>Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and functional specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing functional support.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Sourcing &amp; Procurement.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP MM and SRM. Understanding of GEP Smart.</li><li>Experienced in data extraction, data modeling, data cleaning, and data transformation</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and customization.</li><li>Excellent understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>SAP certification in Sourcing &amp; Procurement modules is a plus.</li></ul> Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with GEP Smart, GEP Quantum sourcing &amp; procurement suite</li><li>Experience working with external tax engines such as Vertex and Sabrix (OITD)</li><li>Experience with executing and tracking Qmetry Test cases.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP FI/CO.</li><li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting and documentation of work   </li></ul>
