Consolidate, simplify and prioritize those requirements. Propose new solutions in terms of functional flows and solve challenging problems. Understand the customer journey and business value realization. Demonstrate to business users in coordination with PM and Solution architect, how IT solutions work and answer questions.</li><li>Advisory role for stakeholders: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional and technical designs. Provide expertise to business stakeholders, application operations or project teams to either support ongoing operations or develop new solutions. Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement. Test and troubleshoot final system setup.</li><li>Documentation management: Ensure functional specification supports an overall solution design.</li><li>Project participation: all phases of project lifecycle.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Education &amp; experience: 5+ years of experience as Business or Functional Analyst (or similar role).</li><li>Stakeholder management: Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.</li><li>Business Model experience: Understanding of Business Process Model.</li><li>Skillset experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills, customer-service-oriented approach.</li><li>Language skills:  Fluent in English, verbal and writing.</li><li>Good to have not mandatory: Experience of working in ecosystem with SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce, MuleSoft.
