This role is critical in structuring and securing project financing, managing investor relationships, and ensuring financial viability across multiple renewable energy projects. MBA or CFA preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or financial structuring, with a focus on renewable energy.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully closing financing deals for solar, wind, or other renewable energy projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of tax equity financing, debt structuring, and PPA negotiations.</li><li>Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of federal and state renewable energy incentives, regulatory policies, and market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size:12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h2><ul><li>Experience working with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) or Renewable Energy Developers.</li><li>Understanding of tax equity structures such as ITC (Investment Tax Credit) and PTC (Production Tax Credit).</li><li>Familiarity with green bonds, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) financing, and impact investing.</li><li>Experience working with international renewable energy projects (if applicable).</li></ul><p> </p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
