- Conduct in-process inspections of assemblies to catch issues before final integration.
- Perform final product verifications to uphold our zero-defect shipping goal.
- Inspect incoming materials against technical drawings and specifications.
- Take a holistic view of the process—measuring, analyzing, and improving every step to enhance product quality.
- Collect and translate data into meaningful quality metrics and continuous improvement actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues at the source, using root cause analysis to drive long-term solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality control environment.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong mechanical inspection skills; proficient in using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and CMMs.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; familiarity with GD&T is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with physical activity—standing, walking, and moving with a full range of motion during shifts.
- A keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and act with ownership.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams to push quality upstream.
