Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>You will support and grow Sales within Automation (Substation Protection and Control) and Communication in Southern Africa, supporting full sales process from Promotion, Product Homologation, support distributor channel development and direct sales to the market. You will create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy.</li><li>You will prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, identify Sales opportunities and use CRM tool to record and share, lead direct relation or communication with customers and lead negotiation.</li><li>You will ensure most competitive offer taking into account the market situation and customer’s conditions, identify which approach (e.g. direct sales, consortium, or channel) can be applied to better serve the customer, support bid/no bid analyses and decisions and participate in project risk review processes.
