This role will primarily support Workday HCM functionality, playing a key role in maintaining accurate people data, organizational structures, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to partner across teams to support both strategic and operational HC needs.<ul><li>Support and maintain Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, job profiles, cost center hierarchies, and supervisory organizations.</li><li>Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.</li><li>Ensure organizational data is accurately reflected in Workday and aligns with security, reporting, and downstream processes.</li><li>Partner with Finance and HC on planning, reorgs, and restructures to ensure accurate and timely execution.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and support end users with guidance and training on HCM, reporting, and organization admin features. </li><li>Support system audits, data validations, and integrity checks to ensure accurate and consistent data.</li><li>Assist in system updates, testing, and release management for HCM functionality.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including HCM, reporting, and managing organization structures</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data</li><li>Clearly communicates progress on deliverables and escalates issues in a timely manner</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong demonstration of teamwork and collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exercises good judgment and operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions and situations</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li></ul>Our Purpose and Core ValuesOur clients rely on our investment acumen to help secure their future.
