When it comes to the clean energy transition, humans have left the hardest challenges to last.  Decarbonizing industries such as: steel, chemicals, fertilizer, and grid storage account for about 50% of emissions.  Electric Hydrogen is re-engineering electrolysis to produce renewable hydrogen for hard-to-decarb industries.  Cheaper than fossil fuels.  
Electric Hydrogen is looking for a People Partner (HRBP) who loves creating an amazing culture in high-growth startup environments and has a passion for developing top talent! 
This position will be based at our office in Natick, MA with a flexible hybrid schedule.  

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic organization, enjoys building from the ground up, brings order from chaos, creates the foundation for engagement, employee growth, and retention. We need someone comfortable with early-stage start-ups and implementing scalable HR programs and processes! As a core part of the team, you will be rolling out programs, including compensation, performance management, and talent initiatives.  

Cool stuff you’ll do:

• Drive innovation by building an inclusive culture across the engineering, product and G&A teams 
• Own all People Programsas we scale from 50 to 500 as quickly as possible 
• Design an organization with strong foundations that can scale 
• Drive succession plans, talent development, culture change, change management and effective leadership behaviors 
• Lead and develop HRGeneralists in the interim until we hire our Head of People 
• Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and leadership development 
• Build strong relationships with employees at all levels 

Cool stuff you’ve done:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
• 8+ years of HRBP level experience 
• Have scaled startups through multiple stages of rapid growth 
• History of building and delivering against innovative people agendas 
• Possess the highest level of integrity and stellar judgement 
• Strong collaborator who can work across geographically dispersed teams 
• Open to travel on an as-needed basis
