Mission
The Manager of Portfolio Operations will be responsible for increasing the value delivered to Omnidian’s clients, end customers, and internal stakeholders by managing Omnidian’s Residential Portfolio Operations Team. The Portfolio Operations Team is responsible for executing on Omnidian’s residential service agreements with our clients. Portfolio Operations Managers and Specialists serve as our client’s primary point of contact for day-to-day operations once Omnidian begins delivering services.
 
The Manager of Portfolio Operations will be a resource to the Portfolio Operations team and nurture an environment of creativity and growth. The Manager will provide expertise and coaching to the Portfolio Operations team, as well as escalation support for both clients and end customers.
 
Outcomes
1. Manage the Portfolio Operations Team (50%)
a.       Coach Portfolio Operations Managers, Specialists and Associates
b.       Outline career paths and enable employees to achieve their career goals
c.       Help translate corporate goals into individual goals
d.       Forecast bandwidth requirements and ensure team is staffed to forecast
e.       Manage client assignments and facilitate occasional shuffling
f.        Provide escalation support for clients
2.       Improve the value delivery of Omnidian’s products (30%)
a.       Develop and execute initiatives to improve key metrics
b.       Lower cost ($ / Asset Under Management) for portfolio management services
c.       Increase Contribution margin for a-la-carte services
d.       Lower Mean-Time-To-Repair
e.       Improve Portfolio performance ratios and lower incident rates
f.        Help develop and implement support processes for new products
3.       Increase value of client relationships (20%)
a.      Look for and pursue additional ways to expand our services with existing clients
b. Collaborate with colleagues across the company to evaluate opportunities
c. Train your team on consultative sales approach

Experience You’ll Need
·         3+ years of Project or Client Management experience
·         3+ years of leading teams to be effective and inclusive (direct management experience preferred over cross-functional leadership)
·         Solar PV Experience is preferred
·         Data Analytics is a plus
 
Compensation
Pay for this role is $77-102k annually, DOE, with median at $85k.
