Your responsibilities: <ul style=""><li>Drive B2B sales by identifying and closing high-value carbon credit deals with corporates, food retailers, and manufacturers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on carbon credit pricing, risk mitigation, and sustainability strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on carbon market trends, pricing, and regulations (SBTi, GHG Protocol, Verra) to inform sales strategies.</li><li>Work closely with finance, certification, product, and marketing teams to align carbon credit sales with business objectives.</li><li>Monitor key sales metrics, track market trends, and gather client feedback to optimise sales performance.</li><li>Represent Klim at industry events, sustainability forums, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.</li></ul>Your profile:<ul style=""><li>Proven track record of success in B2B sales roles and experience in fast-paced environments (startups, management consulting, investment banking).</li><li>You know how to craft tailored solutions, articulate the strategic value of carbon credits to different industries, and position offerings as part of a client’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies.</li><li> You excel at building and maintaining long-term partnerships, with strong networking and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Empathetic, people-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with different personality types.</li><li>You are clear, concise, and persuasive, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills.</li><li>Languages: You are proficient in written and spoken German and English.</li><li>You have a strong bias for action and execution.
