Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment of technical roles across the entire company 
  • Be a trusted advisor for our software development teams
  • Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practices, including equity in the process
  • Proactively target and source of candidates using social media, networking, and other sources to create a strong candidate pipeline, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates, and fill positions in a timely manner
  • Manage recruitment processes across all open roles, including scheduling, communicating with candidates, maintaining HRIS (Workday) and ATS (Greenhouse), and analyzing data
  • Work closely with hiring managers on job description development, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation, and selection

About you

  • You have several years of experience working as an in-house technical recruiter with high volume in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find great candidates
  • You’re able to quickly learn role requirements and relevant subject matter across various hiring teams
  • You possess a high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage confidential information
  • You have strong people, organization, and consultative skills
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
