The ideal candidate will partner closely with supply chain, sales, and global finance to provide data-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support strategic decision-making.<div></div>Key Responsibilities:Revenue Forecasting &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models across regions and product lines.</li><li>Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align on forecasts, risks, and upside scenarios.</li><li>Perform variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods, identifying key business drivers.</li></ul>Inventory Forecasting &amp; Management<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels across global warehouses and recommend actions to optimize working capital.</li><li>Partner with supply chain and demand planning teams to drive inventory accuracy and minimize excess/obsolescence.</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly inventory roll-forwards and reconciliations.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue and inventory KPIs (e.g., turns, DOH, forecast accuracy).</li><li>Present trends and actionable insights to finance and business leaders.</li><li>Support business reviews with clear and concise financial storytelling.</li></ul><div></div>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).</li><li>3–5 years of experience in financial planning &amp; analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain-focused environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and financial modeling.</li><li>Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and business partnering skills—comfortable working across time zones and functions.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.</li></ul><div></div>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with inventory forecasting, revenue forecasting, or working in a global supply chain environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive forecasting accuracy and influence operations through data.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global organization.</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
