The Sr. Technical Training Specialist partners with cross-functional departments to assess technical training needs, develop technical training materials and curriculum, conduct Manufacturing Onboarding technical training, and maintain training facility equipment.</p><p>Duties include designing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and repairing technical training equipment, collaborating with stakeholders to determine training requirements, preparing reports, and coaching employees, leaders, and supervisors.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver classroom and on-the-factory floor training.
