Collaborate with Parts and Service department to ensure excellent parts and service delivery, scheduling service calls as well as after-hours support. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues with automated systems and resolving them in a timely manner. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime and extend the lifespan of automated equipment. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new automated systems and machinery. Troubleshoot issues and provide after-sales support in coordination with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Maintain service logs and generate detailed reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive initiatives to improve service processes, increase efficiency, and ensure high customer satisfaction. </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required) <ul><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in service management within the automation, machinery, or horticulture industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. General Electrical License is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of automation technologies, PLC systems, and controls.
