Remote candidates would need to be able to travel to the San Antonio Office, Quarterly. As the new Compliance Manager you will manage, oversee and coordinate Akuo’s, our affiliates and 3rd party customers’ ISO-RTO, NERC and other regulatory agencies’ compliance activities.You will work directly with the Asset Management &amp; Operations (AM&amp;O) Team, compliance stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to implement and maintain a sustainable culture of compliance with all NERC, FERC, RTO/ISO and other government requirements. Thus, your main tasks &amp; responsabilities will be:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and update internal compliance programs,</li><li>Analyze data, develop/modify reports, and compare processes and procedures to industry/compliance best practices,</li><li>Prepare and submit compliance reports required by regulatory agencies,</li><li>Conduct mock audits to test programs and operations,</li><li>Lead external audits, self-certifications and regulatory inspections,</li><li>Develop and communicate regulatory processes, guidelines and needs to a wide range of audiences,</li><li>Work directly with Site Operations team to implement tasks and tracking to meet compliance requirements.
