GFL Port Perry is looking for a skilled Project Manager in the Sewer &amp; Watermain sector. This position is responsible for project planning, management, scheduling and subcontractor coordination for CIPP rehabilitation, and other trenchless projects.  Key Responsiblities:<ul><li>Provides direct support and project management for field crews, acting as liaison between the clients and the on site teams.</li><li>Develops and manages detailed project schedules and work plans for contracts from start to finish.</li><li>Reviews contract documents to determine requirements for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering, construction, processes.</li><li>Serves as primary contact to clients, ensuring project deliverables meet quotation and/or contract specifications.</li><li>Prepares and coordinates permit applications and various submittals for selected projects.</li><li>Tracks and manages work quantities for progress payment and processing.</li><li>Maintain records of associated costs to assist accounting department in project financial tracking.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in project management with underground sewer construction and/or trenchless rehabilitation.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Cured in Place Pipe Lining and other trenchless technologies preferred.</li><li>Able to interact with all project stakeholders, track project budgets, escalate issues, manage risk, and manage project schedules.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel with multiple project teams.</li><li>Must be proficient at reading drawings, specifications, and preparing various contract submittals.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office suite</li><li>Ability to work long hours on occasion to meet demands during peak season</li></ul>#GFLTALENT  We thank you for your interest.
