Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will lead engineering training to entire HUB engineering community from collecting needs, making plan, coordinating execution, certificate, etc., establish and maintain the engineering training guideline to guide the process in systematic way and work closely with BU/GPG/HUB training team to develop proper trainer pool to support the execution.</li><li>You will provide support to global or local trainer to develop proper courses as per local needs and lead the improvement of engineering process as per BU strategy of digital transformation.</li><li>You will guide local engineering team to establish and maintain PLM (Product Life Management) platform, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end engineering process.</li><li>You will introduce or share the best practice between HUBs/Factories in terms of technical training and process improvement.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in project management or engineering.</li><li>Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.</li><li>Customer focused.
