<div><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </b></p><ul><li>Develop project schedules, maintaining and monitoring project plans, progress monitoring, and budgets to ensure high-quality project delivery with excellent safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate communication between project team members, contractors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.</li><li>Facilitate progress meetings with contractors and manage progress updates to the client on weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.</li><li>Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.</li><li>Ensure project deadlines are met.</li><li>Determine and highlight any project changes. Evaluate the potential risks due to the changes and prepare contingency plans to minimise the risks.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify issues, risks, or delays, and propose adjustments to schedules or strategies as necessary.</li><li>Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status, developments, and outcomes.</li><li>Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.</li><li>Undertake project tasks assigned by Project Manager, when required.</li><li>Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project.</li><li>Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.</li><li>Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.</li><li>Tabulate, track and prepare presentation materials for resource management</li></ul><p></p><div><p><b>RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineer or related field of study.</li><li>At least five (5) years’ experience in managing large scale civil engineering construction projects, of which 2 years were spent mainly on marine works that involved significant dredging, reclamation and rock works as well as wharf and jetty construction</li><li>Demonstrate experience in construction project management or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.</li><li>Ability to work on tight deadlines.</li><li>Willing to accept Project-base status</li><li>Willing to be stationed in Manila throughout the assignment.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><p></p><p>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
