Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Well verse with various customer standards and API standards.</li><li>Ensure to meet team and individual KPI.</li><li>Understanding of mechanical drawings and codes for day-to-day work.</li><li>Lead technical discussion / presentation at customer site supporting sales team</li><li>Coordination with internal department for achieving company goals.</li><li>Identify the bottlenecks and provide solutions proactively.</li><li>Generate opportunities with sales team.</li><li>Manage effectively warranty cases in liaison with Service &amp; Engineering, in the interest of EBKSA business policies.</li><li>Lead and coordinate internally to ensure all processes are completed on time.</li><li>Take the lead in resolving customer complaints related to contract.</li><li>Maintaining quality management system and developing awareness of importance of the QMS throughout the organization.</li><li>Coordination with IP team on non –strategic projects, wherever necessary.</li><li>Coordinating/Conducting customer training.</li><li>RCA and troubleshooting support.</li><li>Record keeping of all bad actors.</li><li>Manage upgrade and retrofit cases.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years’ technical experience working in Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical or related industries.</li><li>Have knowledge of pumps construction, commissioning, O&amp;M, and Seals.</li><li>Have good trouble shooting skills, RCA techniques (able to manage internally and lead those discussions).</li><li>Have good understanding of failure analysis techniques.</li><li>Experience with large and complex organizations.</li><li>Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS office, document management), experience with processes, data structures and atomization of reporting and analysis</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written).</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
