The role will be responsible for managing OPEX operations, improving processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies, as well as mentoring the current team of 4 employees and providing general support for the Accounting department.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, collaboration, and be a self-starter with a strong enthusiasm for change management.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">The role reports to the Corporate Controller and will be a hybrid position, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.</span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of escalation for AP-related issues, including credit cards and expense reimbursement.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end AP Process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing with proper approvals (including and not limited to 1099 filings, Sales/Use Tax, VAT + GST considerations).</li><li>Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other departments to streamline processes.</li><li>Ensure audit compliance through the timely and accurate management of reconciliations and continuous improvement. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7+ years of accounts payable experience, with 3+ years in a management role.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and AP best practices, multi-entity and/or multi-currency environment preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving abilities and experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.</li><li>Process automation and system implementation experience with a proficiency in Netsuite, Airbase, and Rippling Spend preferred. </li></ul><br><div>Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
