The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments.</li><li>Uphold and enforce safety and quality protocols within the facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.</li><li>Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.</li><li>Lead and mentor front-line operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.</li><li>Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
