The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.</li><li>Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.</li><li>Lead and mentor front-line operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork.
