This unique Program Manager role will be responsible for managing enterprise capacity, and capital planning, and strategic initiatives within the future footprint of Oshkosh Vocational Segment . This is a crucial role in driving profitable growth as we look to gain operational efficiencies within our Pierce, McNelius, and Aerotech product lines and manufacturing processes.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Lead and participate in long range enterprise capacity and capital planning</li><li>Responsible for managing segment annual capital budget to spending limits, serving as Operations Gatekeeper in the capital approval process; and maintaining a monthly capital review cadence with stakeholders</li><li>Support the development of enterprise capacity planning of the vocational segment on IBM’S Planning Analytics Workspace including derivative and enhancement projects</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.</li><li>Coordinate and manage internal and external resource to accomplish project objectives, including capacity expansions/uplifts  and capital budget management.</li><li>Plans and directs small to medium industrialization projects to completion.</li><li>Manages project scope, cost, timeline, integrated schedules, EVM (cost, schedule) and risk assessment for strategic projects</li><li>Accepts and delegates authority, established priorities for work delegated to others.</li><li>Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed.</li><li>Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders in each business unit and cross functionally (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, Testing, Quality Control, and Marketing departments) as needed.</li><li>Prepare and present program status/issues to internal customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Support know-how transfer and maturity of overall plant knowledge and adoption of capacity planning in each facility.</li><li>Responsible to identify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval.</li><li>Work with contract management to meet requirements of contract.</li><li>Participate in project proposal writing efforts.</li><li>Use data-driven methodology to validate results.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years related work experience.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Demonstrated knowledge of industrial and/or manufacturing operations.</li><li>Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to participate in or lead a cross-functional team.</li><li>Capable of working in a collaborative and team-focused environment.</li><li>Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>#LI-KM1 #OSKHIGH1917</li></ul>Pay Range:$91,800.00 - $153,200.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
