Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Information Services team by collaborating with development teams to plan and schedule software releases and ensure alignment with product goals and timelines. Main responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with development teams to plan and schedule software releases and ensure alignment with product goals and timelines</li><li>Oversee the implementation of software changes, ensuring they are correctly tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption to end-users</li><li>Coordinate the release schedule, required resources, infrastructure updates, pre-production environments</li><li>Communicate release plans and changes to internal and external stakeholders (B2C &amp; B2B)</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks related to releases. Develop rollback strategies in case of deployment issues</li><li>Monitor releases post-deployment to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
