Job Description

People Operations Partner

The team at Regrow is on a mission to give farmers and and businesses supporting food and fiber production around the world valuable insights to optimize their growing conditions in pursuit of solving crop failures and food shortages. We’re currently monitoring 155 million acres of land in over 45 countries, so we’re on our way to a more sustainable planet.

With this, it’s thanks to our talented team that we are making this vision a reality. We have ambitious goals for growth and are looking to expand our team of forward thinkers both in the US and internationally. To help us scale to this level, we are looking for a committed, experienced People Leader who is ready to build and scale the organization responsible for our most important asset – our people.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to develop, maintain, execute, and grow all things People. This includes, compensation, performance management and growth, engagement, immigration, benefits, compensation, and more as we mature and scale.
  • Create and maintain relationships with a geographically distributed team of Regrowers across 8 countries and counting!
  • Maintain a global mindset and identify collaborative opportunities to work towards our goal of One Regrow.
  • Partner with brokers and service providers to manage open enrollment and develop on-going communication vehicles that promote company benefits to the employees
  • Manage leaves of absence, worker’s compensation claims and ADA accommodations
  • Coordinate visa/immigration process for employees and new hires: coordinate with external immigration attorneys
  • Partner with other Finance, Legal and HR managers to ensure policies are in place and communicated effectively

The Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or People Operations related position
  • Payroll and compliance experience
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
  • Proven track record of reliability and responsibility
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail oriented, discreet and able to handle confidential information
