This role is pivotal in ensuring successful deployments of our software product with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the system, be able to troubleshoot and analyze problems, and work collaboratively with configuration engineers to implement effective solutions This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, diving deep into system behavior and data, and working collaboratively to ensure smooth client implementations. Key Responsibilities: ● Software Implementation &amp; Client Engagement: Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement our software product efficiently. Understand client-specific requirements and ensure configurations align with their business needs. ● Problem Analysis &amp; Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues by analyzing data, system functionalities, and configurations. Correlate system behaviors with underlying data to identify root causes. Investigate issues from multiple angles, including software implementation, configurations, and client-specific customizations.
