About You:
You are eager to join a fast paced, rapidly growing startup as a member of the Partnership Team working on one of the company's fastest growing programs; Convoy for Brokers. You recognize the role technology can play in the supply chain to drive greater efficiency and less waste for all participants. You have prior sales and/or account management experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Prior logistics experience is not required but a big plus.

You will:

  • Source, engage, qualify, close and grow a portfolio of partners on the Convoy for Brokers platform.
  • Conduct discovery calls/meetings with potential partners to determine fit and priority.
  • Assist with the onboarding of closed partners and ensure a successful launch.
  • Prepare and conduct business reviews with existing partners and identify opportunities to expand the partnership leveraging a wealth of internal data and analysis.
  • Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with internal product and program teams to help guide the direction of the Convoy for Brokers platform.
  • Achieve quarterly partnership acquisition and existing partner growth goals.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of sales and/or partnership development and/or account management experience, ideally in the logistics industry.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio as you close new business and grow your existing partners.
  • A proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and building out new customer/partner relationships that lead to positive and measurable financial results.
  • A self-starter mentality, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to collaborate to solve complex business challenges.
  • A high degree of comfort with data and the ability to leverage data to support your efforts in bringing on new partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partner engagements in parallel.

  • Experience working across both operational and technical teams
  • Experience building processes and project management
  • Experience at high growth companies and/or startups
  • Experience working with external partner contacts
