We are currently recruiting for an experienced NPD Quality Engineer based in our site in Wuhu. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure we comply with Sensata’s New Product Development and launch APQP process and customer’s specifications.General Responsibilities<ul><li>Introduce and coordinate Sensata New Product Development and Change Management Processes to NBOS and other Projects. </li><li>Perform Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities in quick paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Creates Effective Safe Launch Plans to Ensure Highest Quality levels. </li><li>Coordination and Documentation of PPAP Activities (Internal and External) from Level 1 to Level 5. </li><li>Initiate and manage all corrective actions required during launch</li><li>Full adherence with all NPD 4.0 process and procedures</li><li>Obtain and flow down customer specific requirements to launch team   </li><li>Conducts the planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.</li><li>Handles design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.</li><li>Conducts analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.</li><li>Develops methods for testing, sampling, and training.</li><li>May act as internal consultant by providing technical guidance on most complex projects.</li><li>Works with quality inspection supervisors to train and oversee inspectors in their use of control forms, procedures, and correcting quality problems  </li></ul>Experience / Qualifications<ul><li>A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.</li><li>Hands on working experience with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)</li><li>VDA &amp; IATF Quality Management Systems knowledge and or internal auditor experience</li><li>Shop floor / hands on experience as a Quality Engineer, with minimum of 5 years’ job experience</li><li>Program management skills (ability to manage time and resources to accomplish tasks)</li><li>Ability to work independently and within our teams</li><li>Robust communication skills (written &amp;
