THE ROLE

Zoomo is growing our team of passionate people to transition every urban delivery mile into light-electric vehicles. As the world moves to on-demand delivery - we’re providing the wheels and the software to make it happen.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our Software Product team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the Way of Working for our newly formed squads. With operations in the US, UK, France, Spain, Germany and Australia - we’re powering some of the largest delivery companies in the world with the likes of Uber, DoorDash, Gorillas and Getir using our Zoomo e-bikes.

What you’ll do at Zoomo:

  • Establish an environment where scrum teams are effective
  • Coordinate and facilitate scrum ceremonies for our Growth, Rider, and Fleet squads
  • Coach and guide squads to operate at a higher scrum maturity
  • Clear obstacles
  • Protect teams from outside distractions
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Design

You’ll be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in a scrum master role, working with all disciplines in a software product team (scrum master certification is a plus)
  • Have a strong understanding of agile values and principles, and how to apply them using scrum
  • Are an excellent communicator and true servant leader
  • Enjoy solving problems
