We're looking for a Senior QA Manager to lead our quality and automation efforts. You will work with engineering, product, and release partners to reduce the time QA needs to evaluate software updates and product deliveries while maintaining our high standards for existing products. You will drive success during rapid release cycles and adapt effectively to rapidly changing priorities. This role will require proficiency in defining and executing appropriate quality strategies, creating useful metrics, and working with external partner organizations. Previous quality assurance management experience across multiple projects with prior exposure to Agile methodologies will also help you get up to speed quickly.

  • Develop and implement quality best practices and processes
  • Ability to work with project stakeholders to help coordinate test planning and execution
  • Extremely well-versed in quality engineering and the entire Software Development Lifecycle
  • Create and manage multiple project schedules, with the ability to reprioritize projects and deliverables based on business need
  • Strategize ways to leverage automation and process to increase test coverage while reducing human effort
  • Spearhead meetings reviewing project status, risks and mitigations, and dependencies
  • Ability to identify, manage and de-escalate risk with strategic and tactical approaches
  • Knowledge of build pipelines, CI/CD with quality and automation integration
  • Effectively communicate project status both in writing and verbally
  • Experience with detailed JIRA filters and dashboards, Confluence reports and documentation, bug tracking tools, and test case management systems
