You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our target audiences. This role is ideal for a digital-savvy, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into measurable results.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (direct, paid, email, webinar, account-based marketing, etc.) across the buyer’s journey. </li><li>Partner with sales to align on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), key personas, and lead follow-up strategies to ensure campaigns drive measurable pipeline.</li><li>Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to build, launch, and optimize lead nurturing workflows.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, Pipeline ARR, etc.) to identify insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product marketing, content, communications) and external partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets.</li><li>Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to continuously elevate our programs.</li><li>Test, iterate, and scale what works—bringing curiosity and creativity to every campaign.</li><li>Perform other duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or tech.</li><li>Proven track record of executing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.
