Our culture supports our values by fostering innovative and critical thinking and a deep belief in living up to our promises.   Headquartered in the United States, Pattern has a global portfolio of more than 30 power facilities and transmission assets, serving various customers that provide low-cost clean energy to millions of consumers.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Job PurposeProvide commercial management and project control support for all EPC projects to ensure successful project delivery for the Pattern’s portfolio Key Accountabilities<ul> <li>Managing budget and forecasts allocations</li> <li>Understanding project performance and able to present and answer questions and justifications for projects movements and progress</li> <li>Manage actuals, commitments, trends and invoice attestations</li> <li>Perform cost risk analysis and provide input for project team</li> <li>Mange KPI's, earned value, scope control</li> <li>Compile and able to present month end reports with a focus on movements within the period, reserve management and overall project cost attestation</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Experience/Qualifications/Education Required<ul> <li> Minimum of (3-5) years related Construction Project Controls experience</li> <li> Degree qualification or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering or related field  </li> <li> Experience in implementing cost control process and procedures </li> <li> Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and cost reports</li> <li> Familiar with the concepts and principles of project revenue and cost development for major capital projects</li> <li> Ability to track project expenditure and analyze all associated variance </li> <li> Experience in multi-discipline review of project capital forecasts, accruals, and analysis of project trends throughout the project maturity</li> <li> Understanding principals of work breakdown structures and the associated activities, logic and progress</li> <li> Understanding fundamentals of project financing and associated deliverables</li> <li> Support in the negotiation and management of EPC contracts</li> <li> Assist in the utilization and management of contingency and management reserves</li></ul> Additional Requirements<ul> <li> Strong organizational and communication skills </li> <li> Detail-orientated and analytical focused</li> <li> Able to compile month end reports with a focus on movements within the period, reserve management and overall project cost attestation.</li> <li> Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic working environment </li> <li> Exposure to basic scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals, concepts, and principles.</li></ul> Technical Skills<ul> <li> Maintain Earned value management (EVM) and KPI reporting</li> <li> Recognizes processes/project actions that may lead to project financial impacts</li> <li> Knowledge of estimating, contract and procurement processes</li> <li> Knowledge in ERP application (preferably Power Bi, D365, InEight and Oracle</li> <li> Proficient in utilization of project control softwares (ie Excel)</li></ul>The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000 - $108,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
