About the role

As Afresh’s Revenue Ops Manager, you will be in a pivotal role to enable our Revenue and go-to-market teams to be more efficient and effective. Your ultimate goal is to drive more high quality revenue with enterprise clients. You will own important functional areas such as tooling, internal processes and standards that drive our sales cycle and customer journey. You will partner closely with members of our enterprise Sales team, Customer Success, and broader go-to-market organization.

  • Own the revenue operations strategy across the business as it aligns and integrates the customer-facing teams (marketing, sales, customer success)
  • Partner with key teams to build, define and optimize the lead & sales cycle process to improve our pipeline throughput
  • Build and maintain the Marketing, Sales automation & Customer Success tech stack to ensure clean data synchronization between Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Build and centralize KPI dashboards for all revenue-generating teams
  • Work with Customer Success and Finance to ensure timely accurate and timely bookings and billings; make operational improvements to the upgrade and renewals process
  • Provide intelligent reporting, pipeline and revenue forecasting for the Afresh leadership team to support growth decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to review operational procedures, and develop scalable processes and solutions to address any inefficiencies
  • Support Head of Sales with ongoing pipeline reviews, establishing annual comp plans, and driving good Salesforce hygiene 

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of RevOps or SalesOps experience at a high-growth startup
  • Deep experience in administering marketing, sales, and support SaaS applications (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, project management tools, etc.)
  • Process-driven and detailed with ability to prioritize the operational roadmap
  • Proven success of making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with keen ability to speak to the benefits of operational initiatives to your GTM peers
