Job Description

Resonant Link envisions a world with untethered batteries to electrify the future of work, logistics, transportation, and patient care, enabling a healthier, more sustainable future. Our innovative, world-class team focuses on transforming wireless charging to:

  1. Power fleets while they work: integrating our fast, wireless chargers into the stops that already exist during fleet operation (think pick stations for robots or loading docks for forklifts)
  2. Eliminate drivelines and battery replacement surgeries, for patients, forever: integrating our fast, efficient, and tiny wireless chargers into active, implantable medical devices like neurostimulators, pumps, and pacemakers.

Our globally, distributed team has quadrupled in less than a year to power mission-critical applications for multiple Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, and we're just getting started. That's where you come in!

We are seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to join our team and help us meet our ambitious hiring targets fueled by customer traction and venture funding. You'll report to Resonant Link’s Head of People and work directly with Resonant Link team members to make both technical and non-technical hires who will propel our company forward. As our first in-house recruiter, you will have the unique opportunity to help select our forthcoming team and will also have the chance to shape the future of our recruiting function. (Note: This role is fully remote.)

Requirements

  • Partner with the leadership team and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role, translate technical needs into well-crafted job descriptions, and define how the roles fits into the organization
  • Assess our talent requirements to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans.
  • Build talent pipelines and implement tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess technical aptitudes, values alignment, and key skills to be successful in an innovative and growing company
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams to create an enjoyable recruiting experience for everyone
  • Must have up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19. For any on-site visits or in-person team gatherings, masks are required (mask requirement subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves).

Who we’re looking for:

  • You take a candidate-first approach to recruitment and have previous experience sourcing engineering talent in-house, search firm, or agency, with bonus points if this experience is around hardware talent.
  • You’re motivated by the energy, pace, and problem-solving opportunities that come with working at a dynamic, growing, startup with a globally distributed team.
  • You know how to recruit candidates with specialized backgrounds (including highly-technical ones). Hardware knowledge is preferred, especially in power electronics.
  • You are driven by accountability and goals, and are eager to inspire your team with your ideas.
  • You have experience working with and building sourcing strategies with external recruiters and hiring managers.
  • You have experience screening resumes and matching qualifications, and have mastered successful pipeline management using an ATS.
  • You enjoy engaging with, nurturing, and activating passive candidates.
  • You’re an empathetic, collaborative, respectful, and honest team member - you know moving forward together is always better!

Even if you don’t check every box, if you think you have what it takes to contribute to our team, please do not hesitate to apply. We review every application and we'd love to review yours!

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and generous stock options
  • Paid holidays (including a week off at new year) and an unlimited vacation policy
  • The flexibility to work anywhere and a home office stipend for fully remote employees
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees
  • 401(k) retirement benefit
  • Generous paid parental and family leave
  • Learning/career development investment in your professional and personal growth including hiring outside mentors, professional development courses, and more
  • Company outings & team retreats (post-pandemic!)
