This position plays an important role in NYCEEC’s work of sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions to help advance the clean energy economy.With more than $598 million of capital mobilized as of April 2025, NYCEEC has demonstrated the transformative nature of our work. While financing projects that reduce GHG emissions, our activities help crowd-in capital, expand the green lending ecosystem, and improve access to financing for green projects, especially in areas that have historically been overlooked.The NYCEEC team works in a hybrid model, presently in the office two (2) days per week and remote the remainder. NYCEEC’s office is in midtown Manhattan. This is a full-time position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with senior Transaction Managers to oversee the full investment process of NYCEEC’s clean energy project finance loans, including origination, diligence, loan structuring, negotiation, closing, and portfolio management.
