In this position, the successful candidate will lead the development of tailored HVAC and Refrigeration energy solutions, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with industry standards and utility incentives.Why This Role is Important:This role plays a critical part in Budderfly’s commitment to energy efficiency innovation and execution. As a key member of the Engineering Solutions team, your advanced technical expertise and leadership will drive the development, validation, and optimization of cutting-edge energy solutions.
