About the job As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial organization. Your primary challenge will be to deliver accurate and timely reporting and analyses that drive decision-making and ensure operational excellence across our revenue-generating teams.From individual AE performance reports to the sales management report, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our monthly commercial reports. Furthermore, you are responsible for the accurate and on-time calculation, communication and payment of the bonuses, commissions and incentive, you will be designing and maintaining real-time dashboards, and lead ad-hoc analysis that supports sales, customer success, and other teams. Initially, you will take over the existing infrastructure for the Sales Organization and you will help the RevOps team expand their support across the other departments. You will collaborate closely with the broader Revenue Operations team and report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.  What you will do: As Revenue Operations Specialist you will <ul><li>Performance Reporting: Design, maintain and improve monthly sales, onboarding and customer success performance reports</li><li>Bonus &amp; Commission Management: Calculate bonuses and commissions with precision, manage timely payouts, and provide transparent communication to stakeholders on calculation logic.</li><li>Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards in Looker, Databox, or similar tools to monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the funnel.</li><li>Individual Performance Reporting: Create and share individual performance reports that help individual contributors and managers track progress and improve results.</li><li>Revenue Forecasting &amp; Pipeline Management: Assist in forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue predictions. Monitor sales pipeline metrics and recommend improvements to optimize sales cycle efficiency and conversion rates</li><li>Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct analytical deep-dives on topics such as pick-up rates, churn trends, and onboarding effectiveness to support strategic decisions.</li></ul> Who are you: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role within a commercial environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or adjacent field.Skills:<ul><li>Excellent analytical mindset and comfortable working with data and metrics.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with CRM platforms, and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Databox, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with high standards for data accuracy and reporting quality.</li><li>Clear and confident communicator—able to explain data insights and pay-out structures effectively to commercial teams.</li><li>Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn—thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.</li></ul>Mindset: You’re motivated by impact, excited to work in a fast-scaling company, and passionate about turning data into operational excellence that enables sales, success, and marketing teams to thrive.
