This role will focus on power supplies, cable routing and integration, facility wiring, and supporting large-scale instrumentation systems.The ideal candidate will bring practical field experience in electrical infrastructure design, integration, and troubleshooting for scientific facilities, along with strong organizational skills to maintain technical standards and facility documentation.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul style=""><li>Design and specify facility-level electrical systems including power distribution, cable routing, rack population, conduit specifications, and integration support.</li><li>Develop installation plans, cable schedules, and routing diagrams for complex diagnostic systems.</li><li>Support onsite wiring, power supply installation, and system checkout activities.</li><li>Interface with project engineers, facility managers, and technicians to ensure electrical infrastructure meets operational needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate facility records and documentation for electrical systems and upgrades.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul style=""><li>B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience with electrical system integration for large scientific, industrial, or aerospace facilities.</li><li>Familiarity with high- and low-voltage distribution, cable management, and facility layout best practices.</li><li>Experience generating wiring diagrams, rack layouts, and conduit specifications.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul style=""><li>Background in laboratory, national lab, or aerospace facility electrical operations.</li><li>Experience with installation and maintenance of high-speed and low-noise instrumentation cabling.</li><li>Familiarity with facility safety regulations and standards.</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><ul style=""><li>Industry-competitive salary</li><li>Equity plan</li><li>6% employer 401k matching</li><li>Generous paid time off (including sick leave, vacation, paid family leave)</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li></ul>Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location.
